New Theme, New Artwork
AFTER much deliberation about whether or not to upgrade to custom CSS, I decided that instead I would experiment with a new theme. Let me know what you think of Garland.

I thought it was a great painting, but Carrie strongly cautioned me against using it — probably because I write about churchy things sometimes. Of this painting, she said “It makes me nauseous.” (Cheers, Ms. Bishop!)
INSTEAD, Carrie suggested that I display Wolf Girl, by Kiki Smith:

SORRY, Carrie — I’m going to follow my instincts on this one.
